This document sets out the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the Quanty software platform, provided by CODESCAPE SRL as an online Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) service.
By creating an account or using the service, the Client confirms that it has read, understood, and fully accepted the provisions of this document.
1. Provider identification
1.1 Service provider

1.2 Contracting parties
By accepting these Terms, a contractual relationship is formed between the Provider and the Client, under which the Client receives the right to use the Quanty platform under the conditions set out in this document.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms below have the following meanings:
2.1 Platform or Service
The Quanty software application accessible via the internet, together with all modules, features, APIs, and related services.
2.2 Client
The legal entity or organization that creates an account within the platform and uses the services offered by Quanty.
2.3 User
The natural person authorized by the Client to access the platform on its behalf.
2.4 Client Data
Any information entered into or generated within the platform, including commercial documents, invoices, transactions, reports, or other operational data.
2.5 API
A programmatic interface made available by the Provider for integrating the platform with other information systems.
3. Scope of the service
3.1 Nature of the service
Quanty provides a software platform intended for managing company operations, including commercial document management, invoice issuance, financial analysis, and integration with external services.
3.2 Delivery method
The service is provided exclusively online and is accessed via the internet.
3.3 Service changes
The Provider reserves the right to modify or update the platform's features in order to improve performance, security, or compliance with applicable legislation.
4. Account creation and administration
4.1 Registration
To use the service, a user account must be created.
4.2 Client obligations
The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
4.3 User administration
The Client is responsible for managing the users who have access to its account and for the activities carried out through them.
5. Eligibility
5.1 Eligible users
The service is intended primarily for entities carrying out economic activity.
5.2 Legal capacity
By using the platform, the Client represents that it has the legal capacity to enter into contracts and use the services provided.
6. Permitted use of the service
6.1 General obligations
The Client undertakes to use the service in accordance with applicable law and with the provisions of this document.
6.2 Prohibited uses
The platform may not be used for illegal, fraudulent activities or activities that could affect the functioning of the system.
7. Account security
7.1 Confidentiality of credentials
The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of authentication credentials.
7.2 Unauthorized access
The Client must inform the Provider immediately if it becomes aware of unauthorized use of the account.
8. Subscriptions and billing
8.1 Commercial model
Quanty services are provided on a subscription basis.
8.2 Payment method
Subscription fees are paid in advance for the usage period.
8.3 Fee changes
The Provider reserves the right to modify the pricing structure with prior notice to the Client.
9. Trial periods
9.1 Free trial
The Provider may offer free trial periods to evaluate the service.
9.2 Limitations
During the trial period, certain features may be limited.
10. Automation and AI features
The platform may include automated functionality or artificial intelligence-based technologies for processing documents or generating suggestions.
Generated results are for guidance only and do not constitute accounting or tax advice.
11. Client data
11.1 Data ownership
Data entered into the platform remains the property of the Client.
11.2 Data processing
The Provider processes this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
12. Personal data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
In most cases, the Client acts as the data controller and the Provider as the data processor.
13. Integrations with external services
The platform may integrate with external services such as tax systems, banks, or payment processors.
The Provider cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of such services.
14. API and technical integration
The Provider may make API interfaces available for integration with other information systems.
Use of the API must comply with the technical documentation and any established limits.
15. Abusive use
The Provider may restrict or suspend access to the platform if abusive use is detected, including excessive resource usage or attempts at unauthorized access.
16. Intellectual property
The Quanty platform and all of its components are the exclusive property of the Provider.
The Client receives a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service.
17. Confidentiality
The Provider undertakes to treat the Client's information as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without its consent, except where required by law.
18. Service availability
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
19. Data export and retention
The Client may export its data from the platform in the available formats.
After termination of the subscription, data may be retained temporarily before deletion.
20. Limitation of liability
The Provider is not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit arising from the use of the platform.
The Provider's total liability is limited to the value of the subscriptions paid in the last three months.
21. Suspension and termination of the service
The Provider may suspend the account in the event of non-payment or breach of these terms.
The Client may stop using the service at any time.
22. Force majeure
The Provider shall not be held liable for failure to perform contractual obligations in situations of force majeure.
23. Assignment of the agreement
The Client may not transfer the rights and obligations arising from this agreement without the Provider's written consent.
24. Severability
If one provision is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
25. Entire agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Provider regarding the use of the Quanty service.
26. Amendment of the terms
The Provider may update these Terms periodically.
The updated version will be published on the website or in the application.
27. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law.
